This is a perfect way to make healthy and tasty with this quick and easy recipe. Could be made in a jiffy and enjoy it hot!
Ingredients
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup chopped Onion
- 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 cup diced Carrot
- 1/4 cup diced Green Pepper
- 1/4 cup Green Peas
- 1/2 cup chopped Spinach Leaves
- 1 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
Instructions
- Heat Olive oil in pan.
- After the oil is heated add chopped Onion, mix and saute for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Then add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
- Add all veggies like carrot, green pepper, and green peas, mix well and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add chopped spinach leaves and mix well.
- Add Pav bhaji masala, red chilli powder and mix well.
- Cook for 2 more mts.
- Then add oats and mix well with masala.
- Then add water and mix well.
- Add salt and lemon juice and mix well.
- Cover and cook for 2 to 3 mts.
- Serve hot with a wedge of lemon juice on the side!
