Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 1/2 tsp Fennel Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
- 1 Sweet Potato boiled and cubed
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 2 Green Cardamom
- 1 tsp grated Ginger
Instructions
- Boil Sweet potato in pressure cooker until 2 whistles.
- Peel the boiled potato and cut in to small bites.
- Heat up 2 tbsp Oil, add cumin seeds, bay leaf, green cardamom. ginger paste and cook ginger paste for 1 minute.
- Lower down the heat and add all dry spices, mix and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add water, mix and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add cubed sweet potato, mix, cover and cook over medium heat for 5 mts.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves!
