Veg club sandwich is a all time favourite recipe. This is a very easy and simple recipe. This is a multi-decker sandwich means in this sandwich stuffing are made in 3-4 layers. Do try this and do not forget to like, comment, share and subscribe.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
- Shredded Cabbage
- Shredded Carrot
- Finely chopped Onion
- Bread slices
- Butter
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Paneer pieces
- Mixed herbs
- Black pepper powder
- Cheese spread
- Mustard sauce
- Shredded Lettuce leaves
- Tomato wedges
Instructions
- Take mayonnaise in a bowl.
- Add black pepper powder, salt, sugar and lemon juice.
- Mix well until it turns nice and creamy.
- Add cabbage, carrot and onion.
- Mix well and coleslaw or cabbage salad is already. Keep it aside.
- Take bread slices and butter them from both sides.
- Grill them on griddle pan. You can toast the slices in toaster.
- Keep the toasted bread slices aside.
- Add olive oil in the same pan.
- Put paneer slices on it. Sprinkle mixed herbs and black pepper powder.
- Flip the paneer over.
- Add mixed herbs and black pepper on other side as well.
- For assembling the club sandwich, take bread slice and spread cheese spread on it.
- Spread some mustard sauce on it.
- Add a layer of cabbage salad and add lettuce leaves on it.
- Add black pepper powder again.
- Cover with another bread slice.
- Put grilled paneer over it.
- Top up with tomato wedges and lettuce leaves.
- Sprinkle black pepper powder and close it up another bread slice.
- Insert a tooth picks on each corner of sandwich and cut the sandwich across.
- Veg club sandwich is already.
