  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chat masala

  • 2~3 tbsp Corn flour
  • A little salt
  • Oil for frying
  • Finely chopped Onion
  • Finely chopped Coriander leaves

Instructions

  • In a sauce boil water. Add corns and cook for just about 5 minutes.
  • Don’t need to cook these completely.
  • Drain out excess water from corns and let these cool down a little.
  • Add corn flour, a little salt and mix well.
  • Heat up oil in a pan.
  • Add few corns into hot oil.
  • Fry until corns turn golden in color.
  • Take the corns out of oil, drain excess oil and transfer them into a dish.
  • In a bowl take red chili powder, cumin powder, chat masala and salt.
  • Mix well and keep it aside.
  • Masala mixture for corns is already.
  • Sprinkle the masala mixture on the fried corns.
  • Add onion and coriander leaves.
  • Mix well and crispy corns are already.
  • Serve the crispy corn with a slice of lemon.

Notes

  • Boiled corns should have a little moisture in it so that these can get a good coating of corn flour.
  • The oil should not be too hot while dropping corns in it. If the oil is too hot, the corns will pop out.
