Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/4 tsp Ajwain / Carom seeds
- Finely chopped Onion
- 1/4 cup Finely chopped Capsicum / Green pepper
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Pav bhaji masala
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 3~4 tbsp Water
- 1 tsp Kasuri methi
- 250 gm Paneer
- 1 tbsp Fresh cream
Instructions
- On a tawa, heat up butter. Add ajwain and let it sizzle.
- Add onion and cook for about 3-4 minutes until it becomes soft.
- Add capsicum and mix well. Cook for about 3-4 minutes.
- Take tomatoes and make puree.
- Add tomato puree, ginger garlic paste, pav bhaji masala, red chili powder and salt.
- Mix well and cook over medium high heat for about 4-5 minutes more until oil is released from spices.
- Add water and mix well.
- Add kasuri methi and mix well.
- Add paneer and mix well. Cook for just about 3-4 minutes.
- Add fresh cream and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Tawa paneer masala is already.
- You can serve tawa paneer masala with dinner roll or pav used for pav bhaji.
- You can have this with butter naan, roti, chapatti or fulka.
