Introduction:

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 2 Bay Leafs
  • 3 Black Peppercorns
  • 3 Cloves
  • 1" Cinnaom Stick
  • 1  tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 can of Cambells Tomato Soup
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Kasoori Methi
  • Paneer 250 gms
Quick Butter Paneer

Method

  • Melt 2 tbsp Butter in a pan.
  • After butter melts down, add whole garam spices and cook them for a while.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  • Add all dry masalas, mix and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add tomato soup, mix, add brown sugar and salt to taste, mix well.
  • Add kasoori methi, mix, cover and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Add paneer cubes, milk, mix well, cover and cook for 5 tp 6 minutes.
  • Serve hot with Naan or Rice!
