Instead of cooking eggs separately, eggs are cooked along with bread which is really healthy and easy to make it. Eggs are good source of protein and truly a healthy option for breakfast or lunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Egg
  • 2 slices of Bread
  • 1 tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Finely chopped Green Chili to taste
  • 1 tsp finely chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1 tbsp Butter

Instructions

  • Take slices of bread and crate small whole in the middle of both bread slices.
  • Now butter one side of each bread slice.
  • Mix cream cheese, mozzarella cheese together and season it up with oregano, black pepper, green chilli, coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Now spread cheese mixture on bread slices.
  • And close it by putting other bread slice on the top of it.
  • Now put stuffed bread slices on pan.
  • Crack egg right on the middle of bread where we created hole earlier.
  • Season egg with chili powder, salt and pepper.
  • Cook for 2 to 3 mts or until egg starts to set up.
  • Flip it over and cook from other side as well.
  • Serve hot with ketch up or other dipping of your choice!
