Ingredients

  • Maggie Noodles
  • 1 cup finely chopped Onion
  • 1/2 cup Finely chopped Tomato
  • 1/4 cup Finely chopped Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Green peas
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Finely chopped green chili
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 cups Water

Instructions

  • Heat up oil in a pan.
  • Add onion and fry the onion on medium heat until it turns nice and translucent or for about 4-5 minutes.
  • Add green pepper and cook for 2 minutes more.
  • Add tomatoes, green peas, green chili, red chili powder, garam masala and mix well.
  • Cook for about 4-5 minutes until tomatoes get cooked.
  • Add Maggie's tastemaker and mix well.
  • Add water and salt. Mix well.
  • Taste makes contains salt. So add salt carefully.
  • Let the water come to boil.
  • Add dry noodles and mix well.
  • Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the water gets absorbed.
  • After cooking on high heat for exactly 2 minutes, put the lid and cook on medium heat for about a minute.
  • Turn off the gas and mix well.
  • Masala Maggie is already.

Notes

  • If you use fresh peas add these along with green pepper so that these will be nicely cooked.
