Serves : 1 bowl


  • 3 tsp Daliya / Cracked wheat
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • Dry Fruits
  • 3 tsp Ghee
Daliya Kheer


  • Heat ghee in a pressure cooker, add daliya, stir and cook till it gets nice golden color.
  • Add milk, sugar, dry fruits, cover and cook until 3 to 4 whistles.
  • Daliya kheer is ready to serve!


  • You may also make use of Jaggery or brown sugar.
  • For jaggery add it finally once kheer is cooked.
