Serves : 1 bowl
- 3 tsp Daliya / Cracked wheat
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- Dry Fruits
- 3 tsp Ghee
- Heat ghee in a pressure cooker, add daliya, stir and cook till it gets nice golden color.
- Add milk, sugar, dry fruits, cover and cook until 3 to 4 whistles.
- Daliya kheer is ready to serve!
- You may also make use of Jaggery or brown sugar.
- For jaggery add it finally once kheer is cooked.
