Ingredients

  • Penne Pasta 2 cups
  • Sliced Mushrooms 2  1/2 cup
  • Chopped Spinach 1 1/2 cup
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 8 oz pack of Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/4 cup Whole Milk
  • 1 tsp finely chopped Green Chillies

Instructions

  • Heat 2 tsp Olive oil in a pan, add sliced mushrooms and chopped garlic and cook till the time mushrooms get cooked.
  • Add green chillies, oregano, black pepper, salt and mix it properly.
  • Take cream cheese in to deep bowl add milk and beat till it becomes nice smooth and creamy.
  • Add cheese mixture in to mushrooms, mix and cook for 5 mts.
  • Add spinach leaves and cook till the time spinach leaves just wilt down.
  • Add boiled pasta, mix and cook for 5 mts.
  • Top up with some parmasean or any other cheese of your choice.

Notes

  • Cool pasta partially till 90% cooked since rest of the pasta is going to cook along with sauce.
  • You may also add some shredded cheese in sauce to make it more cheesy.
  • Adjust the spices suitable to your taste.
