Smoky Indo Chinese Veg Fried Rice is very popular in India. This is very simple to prepare and really tasty.
- 1 cup boiled rice
- 4 tsp sliced onion
- 1/2 tsp chopped garlic
- 4 tsp sliced carrot
- 4 tsp sliced green pepper
- 1/4 cup shredded cabbage
- 4 tsp chopped spring onion
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Chilli Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Soya Sauce
- Heat 3 tsp oil in a pan. Oil should be smoky hot.
- Add chopped garlic, onions, Green pepper, carrots, spring onion. Add 1/4 tsp red chilli sauce and soya sauce. Mix well.
- Add cabbage and saute for 10 seconds. Add rice and mix with vegetables.
- Add 1 tsp red chilli sauce, 1/2 tsp soya sauce and salt to taste. Mix all sauces well with rice.
- Veg Fried rice is ready to serve now.
