Upasachi chutney is very good sides for all your fasting snacks. It goes very well with Sabudana vada, Sabudana thalpeeth, varai dosa etc....

Serves : 2 people


  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Roasted Peanut powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli powder
Upasachi Chutney


  • Take yogurt in to mixing bowl.
  • To that add salt, sugar, red chilli powder, mix well.
  • Beat yogurt very well to make it smooth and creamy.
  • Add roasted peanut powder, mix well.
  • Serve with Sabudana Vada or Sabudana Thalipeeth!
