Introduction:

This refreshing, cool raita is simple to make and can be a nice accompaniment to biryani, Pulao or even with paratha.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tomato chopped
  • 1 cucumber peeled and chopped.
  • 2 tsp coriander leaves finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 6 oz can of plane yogurt

Method

  • Remove excess moisture from yogurt. Then add sugar and salt and whisk it well till yourt becomes creamy.
  • Add tomatoes, cucumber and corriandar leaves and mix it.
  • Raita is ready!
