This refreshing, cool raita is simple to make and can be a nice accompaniment to biryani, Pulao or even with paratha.
- 1/2 tomato chopped
- 1 cucumber peeled and chopped.
- 2 tsp coriander leaves finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp sugar
- 6 oz can of plane yogurt
- Remove excess moisture from yogurt. Then add sugar and salt and whisk it well till yourt becomes creamy.
- Add tomatoes, cucumber and corriandar leaves and mix it.
- Raita is ready!
