  • 1 cup roasted peanuts
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 3 tsp red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
Peanut Garlic Chutney


  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend it together. Just give a pulse 4 to 5 times, mix with spoon and again give pulse. Don't blend it continuously, otherwise oil will start to loose out from the peanuts. Blend it to form coarse powder. Peanut chutney is ready to serve. It taste even better with curd or yogurt.
