A very refreshing summer drink, is commonly prepared during wedding time. Good for digestion and very refreshing!
Preparation time : 5 mts
Cooking time : 5 mts
Serves : 1 people
- 1 Cup Yogurt
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 tsp roasted Cumin powder
- 1/2 inch piece of ginger
- Green Chilli to taste
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blends till it gets incorporated. Check for seasoning and adjust accordingly.
- Add ginger and green chilli to taste only.
