To make any type of frosting, royal icing, macaroons, there's one essential ingredient, which is Icing Sugar/Confectioners Sugar. So here's the easy way of making your own icing sugar at home
- 1 cup regular Sugar
- 1 tbsp Corn starch
- Put sugar in to blender pot and grind it in to a fine powder.
- Once sugar is powdered down, add corn starch.
- And again give few more pulses to make sure corn starch is well combined with powdered sugar.
- Voila! Your icing sugar is all ready!
