Ingredients

  • Thick Yogurt
  • Whipped topping or whipping cream
  • 1 drop of Rose essence
  • Sugar
  • Cardamom powder

Instructions

Just combine all ingredients in to a blender and grind till the time it becomes smooth.

Notes

  • For granny texture of lassi just whisk yogurt by hand, don't make use of blender of hand mixer.
  • Make using of heavy whipping cream for rich texture.
