Ingredients

For Pizza Dough

  • 2 cup Plain flour / Maida
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Oil

For Pizza Sauce

  • 1 pack Tomato Puree
  • 4 tsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black Peppers
  • 1/2 tsp Basil Leaves
  • Salt

For Pizza

  • Sliced Onions
  • Green Pepper
  • Black Olives
  • Tomatoes

Instructions

  • Take pizza dough and divide them into equal size balls
  • Take one of the dough balls and coat it with some plain flour. Roll it with the rolling pin or by hand
  • Dust some flour in a baking tray and transfer the pizza base to the baking tray. Cover it and rest it for 10~15 mins
  • Apply pizza sauce equally over the pizza base and sprinkle pizza cheese over it
  • Add onions, green pepper, black olives tomatoes, and spinach leaves over the cheese.
  • Transfer the pizza to the oven and bake it for around 10 mins.
  • Take out pizza and it's ready to serve.
